The Bellerose Plan by Fry Design Co. is a 3,057 square foot single-story barndominium farmhouse house plan with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and no garage.

The Bellerose combines a long, barn-inspired roofline with standing-seam metal roofing, vertical board-and-batten siding, stone accents, and exposed timber framing. The covered front entry creates a welcoming focal point, while the separate residential wing connects to the main house through an enclosed breezeway. This arrangement gives the home a distinct layout while maintaining a connection between its living spaces.

The main house features an open living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings, creating a large shared gathering space. The kitchen includes a central island and pantry, with direct access to the covered rear patio. The primary bedroom is positioned separately from the secondary bedrooms and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. A dedicated laundry room, powder room, and additional storage areas support everyday household needs.

The plan includes four bedrooms in the main house and a fifth bedroom in the separate wing. The additional wing features its own living and kitchen area, bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. Connected by the breezeway, this arrangement provides flexibility for extended family, guests, or independent living accommodations while maintaining convenient access to the main residence.
