The Bonney B Plan by Fry Design Co. is a 1,421 square foot two-story house plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on a 26-foot by 28-foot footprint.

The porch is what people notice first. Part of the Craftsman Township series, the Bonney B carries a deep covered front porch on square columns, tucked beneath a broad gable with a decorative timber truss at the peak. Warm lap siding and a wide front window round out an elevation built for a narrow lot and a neighborhood street.

Inside, the kitchen anchors one end of the main floor and opens across the dining area into a generous living space, all under 10-foot ceilings. A powder bath and closet sit near the entry, keeping the main level uncluttered. The second floor holds the master bedroom and bath along with two additional bedrooms served by a hall bath.

Outdoor living works at both ends of the home, with a 176 square foot covered porch in front and a 132 square foot covered patio in back.
